2/6/09 翻身之日

好棒棒哦！

今天是你的翻身之日，你终于成功翻身了！

爸爸和妈咪都为你感到开心！

眼看你兴奋地、不停地翻啊翻。。。翻啊翻。。。像发现什么新大陆一样地翻啊翻。。。很累了吧！你还是兴奋地翻啊翻。。。

喝啊喝。。。喝啊喝。。。

前一阵子生了场大病，痛苦极了，还差点晕了过去。

生病时， 怪天怪地怪左怪右，显到。。。

生病还感觉到心痛 （ 不知道是不是第一胎的关系，很是紧张宝宝的一切，动不动就感觉到心痛 ）为什么心痛？因为病了，会传染，不能靠近且不能抱我的心肝宝贝，心胶痛。。。ouch！！！

当宝贝哭的时候，躺在床上的我多想冲过去把她抱起，但是，不能啊！我只能躺在床上喊着她的名，企图“远距离”抚慰她，告诉她妈咪在这里，不要怕哦！妈咪在，妈咪在。。。

这回可苦了老公，要照顾大的，又要照顾小的，真是一个头两个大。可是，老公超强的，这回煲粥给我，那边又要替宝宝洗澡、换尿片。。。晚上半夜不停地为我量体温，喂我吃药，又替半夜哭醒的宝宝喂奶。。。superhero、superman！！！真是个 “ 入得厨房，出得厅堂”的好老公、好爸爸啊！心里不知觉被满满的爱包覆着。。。

所以啊！经过这次的教训后，我下定决心喝啊喝。。。喝啊喝。。。 （ 不停地多勉励自己多喝水，生病是因为不够水分，导致身体发热，还有，还在喂母乳的母亲们身体其实不可缺水的，应该喝更多的水，要不然，就是像我这样，会生病的。）

直到今天为止，我告诉常忙得忘了喝水的我，再忙也要多喝水，早上起来喝，下午多喝，晚上适量喝，还有，多吃水果蔬菜及多煲凉茶，润的汤或糖水，要对自己的身体负责仁，这样，才能不用怪天怪地怪左怪右，常保健康！

** ：我多么希望出去多运动，但是，视目前的情况，好像还不可以哦！没人帮忙照顾宝宝。。。所以，希望可以抽出时间多运动咯！
